Education is a permanent wealth, that stays for life. Samarth is our social initiative with which we ensure that the children of our workers can have a brighter future. This project provides the children with career & educational counseling, admission facilitation, fully paid scholarships, vocational training, or professional placement to prepare them for superior level jobs. Initiated in 2012, Samarth strives to create a cultural shift that facilitates access to better education and good job opportunities for the worker's children that help empower them for life.

As of 2020, Samarth has 83 children enrolled in this project with 21 children receiving fully paid scholarships for graduate and postgraduate education courses.

We identify the strengths and weaknesses of each child and counsel them in a way that propels them towards a successful future. The objective is to enhance their employability status by recognizing their true potential.

Once a child is enrolled with Samarth, Perona takes full responsibility for their growth and learning, even if the craftsman were to leave the company during the course. see more
