Other Terms & Conditions for returns:
- Perona follows a 15 days, No question asked return policy. You can return the product within 15 days of delivery.
- Refund will be issued only after product is received at the warehouse/store & after quality check.
- Perona reserves the right to reject any returns if it finds the returned products to be used or in unsatisfactory condition.
- Customers should make sure that the packet is sealed completely before handing over to courier partners. Packaging is to be done in the original box.
- For Credit Card/Net Banking, refunds will be done through payment gateway. It typically takes 3 to 5 days for refunds to reflect in to customer’s account, this being completely dependent on the bank. For Cash on Delivery Orders, the refund will be processed through online transfer in the customer’s bank account. It may take 3 to 5 business days to reflect in the account. Customers are requested to reply to the e-mail which will be sent when the refund is requested with details of their bank account.
- Perona will not be responsible for any incorrect fund transfer against returns arising due to erroneous input/ details provided by the customers. The customer takes the complete responsibility of the accuracy of the information provided for refunds.
- Under Exchange Policy, only size exchanges are allowed. Items can be exchanged for a different size based on the availability. Exchanges are allowed only if the address is serviceable for an exchange by Perona’s Logistics team
- In case customer have purchased an item which has a free gift/offer associated with it and they wish to return the main item, then they will have to return the free product as well.
- The price of the products can change from time to time. The maximum value of the refund will be the amount paid by the customer to purchase the product/ item as per the invoice generated.
- If customer self-ship the returns, then they should pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, Perona recommend to use a reliable courier service.
- If customer self-ship the returns, the shipping costs would be reimbursed subject to the return having met Returns and Exchange Policy and the image of the courier receipt is shared by the customer and validated by Perona. For self-ship returns the refund for returned products will only be initiated if they pass through a quality check conducted at the warehouse. If the quality check fails the product will be reshipped back to the customer.
- The maximum value of the shipping cost reimbursement will be based on Perona’s rules. Any amount over and above this will be borne by the customer.
